*1 cup of vanilla almond milk (you can use unsweetened if that's your preference)
*1 very ripe frozen banana
*1 cup of frozen blueberries
*1 hunk of a teaspoon of peanut butter
* A handful of spinach and/or Kale (optional)- great way to get your veggies (I use whatever I have on hand!)
* A couple of baby carrots (optional)
*2 teaspoons of chia seeds, wheat germ or flax seed and psyllium husk
